Cancellation & Refund Policy

In case the goods supplied are not as per the specifications detailed in buyer's order and our quotation, buyer have the liberty to cancel their order and request a refund from us. Our Policy for cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
INSPECTION AND REVOCATION - Buyer shall inspect goods upon delivery to ensure goods meet Buyer's Specifications, but in no event later than thirty (30) days upon delivery of such goods. Within five (5) business days of Buyer's inspection, Buyer shall provide written notice should goods fail to meet Buyer's Specifications. For any goods not meeting Buyer's Specifications, Buyer's rights are limited to the provisions of Paragraph.

If Specifications are not met, Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd. will, at its option, repair or replace said goods or services or refund the purchase price by crediting Buyer's account. Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd.'s exercise of one of these options shall not prejudice its exercise of other options in other circumstances. Goods may not be returned to Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd. without first obtaining a Returned Goods Authorization Number. The return to Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd. of any nonconforming goods and delivery of any corrected or replaced goods shall be at Buyer's expense. After inspection by Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd., Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd. may determine, in its discretion, that the returned goods are conforming to Buyer's Specifications. Buyer shall retain title to returned goods until Despa Tel Ceramic Coats P. Ltd. verifies the goods do not meet Specifications.

Refund Policy
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of E-Billing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. payments, refund will be made to the same account.
