We offer ceramic guides in Alumina (up to 99.9% Alumina content), and Titania. We have facilities to injection-mould, press, extrude, cast, and machine the ceramics. This allows virtually any shape to be made to near-net dimensions in the green stage itself. Intricate thread guides can be made, using one or more of these processes. 

We offer a wide range of eyelets, traps, traverse, rings, cups, pigtails, oilers, rollers, U/V/Y-shaped guides, rods, tubes, and special shapes. 

We have expertise in polishing ceramics to controlled and consistent Ra values and texture, for the best results in actual use.
