Thread guides, to perform best, need the correct surface roughness and topography. Each of the materials we offer is finished to the correct roughness needed, not necessarily the lowest one.

All our ceramic parts can be supplied in these finishes:
Smooth Satin
Diamond-polished
Super-polished (to very low Ra values).

Dimensional Tolerances:
+ 0.2 mm up to 10 mm
+ 2% over 10 mm
Closer tolerances can be achieved by prior agreement.

Standard thread guides can be supplied from stock or at short notice. We will quickly develop new parts as per your design, even if the quantities required are small.
